Returns & exchanges
I do accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
If you change your mind or wish to cancel your order please contact me within 7 days of your purchase and return the item/s within 14 days. For hygiene reasons I do not accept refunds for earrings.

To return a piece it must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is returned worn, damaged and not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a full refund may not be given.

To return your product, please email me for the postal address.  
All items of jewellery must be returned using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service so the item is insured or shipped using the international equivalent.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

• Earrings– due to hygiene reasons
• Custom made, bespoke or personalised orders
• Items on sale
• Items that have been worn or damaged
• Items damaged as a result of being returned insufficiently packaged

International Returns
To arrange an international return please allow extra time for me to receive your item.  If a customs declaration form is required please mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'.  This will hopefully ensure that no addtional customs fees are incurred. Unfortunately I cannot accept liability for customs charges, goods lost or damaged in transit.  
Please use an insured tracked mail service, making sure you have sufficient insurance cover.  Please notify me via email the tracking number and expected delivery date.
